Description:
CY-100 is a mechanical differential pressure indicator . The device can indicate the input of strainer,segregator,valve,pump etc,and output the pressure difference.It is especially suited for indicating the jam-up of the filter elements in gas pressure regulating station.It allows the filter element cleaned or replaced in time and running safely and economically.
Principle
This indicator is mechanical. When the differential pressure changes,the reed drives the finger to indicate corresponding value.The shell adopts manganese steel hot forge shaping and without bugs such as bubble etc.Upside and downside shells are connected by 4 high intensity screws,and the seam sealed by rubber film to prevent leaking.

The finger is driven by air pressure and the pressure element is insulated with the dial to avoid gas leaking. The dial can be repaired and replaced without pressure ,so no need of insulating the device and tubes
